Public Offer (User Agreement)

This User Agreement is a public offer and an official proposal from the Administration of the LA2.DIGITAL project to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth below. The act of registering an account on the website https://la2.digital and/or participating in the game process constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Agreement.

1. Terms and Definitions

Administration – an individual or group of individuals who manage, maintain, and develop the LA2.DIGITAL project.

User (Player) – any individual who has registered an account on the website or uses the project’s game services.

Project – a collection of software, network, and informational resources hosted on the domain https://la2.digital and its subdomains, representing a private, non-commercial Lineage II game server.

Website – the main online resource of the project, providing interaction between Users and the Administration.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Project and its services for entertainment and educational purposes.

2.2. The Project is a private initiative and has no affiliation with NCSoft Corporation — the copyright holder of the original Lineage II game. All game materials and elements are used solely for educational and non-commercial purposes.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User agrees to:

Comply with the Project Rules and the terms of this Agreement.
Refrain from using third-party software, modifications, or exploits that provide unfair advantages (bots, cheats, etc.).
Avoid any actions that may disrupt server stability or harm other players.
Not sell, buy, or exchange in-game assets for real money (RMT operations are prohibited).

3.2. The Administration reserves the right to:

Modify this Agreement, the Rules, and project content without prior notice to Users.
Suspend, restrict, or permanently block access to a User’s account in case of violations of this Agreement.
Adjust game content, balance, events, and functionality at its discretion.
Perform maintenance or technical work, temporarily limiting access to the server.

4. Financial Support of the Project

4.1. The LA2.DIGITAL project exists and develops through voluntary donations from Users.

4.2. All monetary transfers made in favor of the project are voluntary donations and do not constitute the provision of goods or services in a legal sense.

4.3. As a token of appreciation, the Administration may grant the User in-game bonuses, premium status, or virtual items that have no real-world monetary value.

4.4. Funds transferred by the User are non-refundable, except as provided by applicable law and the project’s refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1. All project services are provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or complete absence of errors.

5.2. All virtual items, characters, accounts, and in-game assets remain the property of the Administration and have no material value.

5.3. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, in-game assets, or account access caused by third parties or the User.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement may be amended at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on the project website.

6.2. Continued use of the website or game server after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
