This Refund Policy governs the procedure for handling refund requests from users of the LA2.DIGITAL project, related to the return of funds contributed as voluntary support or for paid services.
1.1. The LA2.DIGITAL project provides access to its game services free of charge. Voluntary payments (donations) are intended to support the development and technical maintenance of the server.
1.2. Once a service has been properly rendered (bonus coins, credits, or virtual items have been successfully delivered), no refunds will be issued.
2.1. Refunds are possible only if the service was not fully delivered or was provided improperly, for example:
2.2. In such cases, the user may contact customer support at reznik.anu@gmail.com with a description of the issue and proof of payment (screenshot, receipt, or transaction number).
2.3. The review period for refund requests is up to 15 business days from the date of the request. Refunds are made using the same method that was used for the original payment.
3.1. Refunds apply only to purchases that remain in the user’s personal account and have not been transferred or used in-game.
3.2. If virtual currency or items have been activated, transferred, or used in the game, the service is considered fully provided and cannot be refunded.
3.3. Refunds are not granted if an account has been banned for violating the project’s rules.
